Summary
Madison Hager is an Illustrator and Character Concept Artist who studied Digital Media, with a concentration in Visualization, at East Tennessee State University; graduating with a Bachelor's of Science in 2022. She has done graphic design work for local high schools, and freelance portrait commissions when she is not developing her own projects and ideas. She is proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Autodesk Sketchbook, and both Macintosh and Windows products. Her art style has both western and eastern influences, and she enjoys adapting to styles different from hers. Seeing underrepresented artists in her field talk about how they have to be their own representative, she strives to include different cultures and backgrounds in her artwork. Outside of illustration, she is an avid writer, and always has a story to tell with each piece. She will also submit you to puns and dad jokes with no warning. In the future, she hopes to enlighten her audience with her own original stories and characters, with the hopes of having her own cartoon in mainstream media. She is currently working as an Art Teacher while tackling commission work.
